Privacy Notice

This document constitutes the Privacy Notice for purposes of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals (the "LFPDP") and the provisions that emanate from or relate to it. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected about the Registrant by On Point International in its Responsible capacity. 
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the terms not contemplated herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals (LFPDP). The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to establish terms and conditions under which On Point International (or the Officer appointed by On Point International) will receive and protect the Owner's Personal Data in order to protect their privacy; use the Owner's Personal Data, and/or transfer their Personal Data to third parties.

For purposes of the provisions of the LFPDP and in particular its Article 17, the Holder states that:
1.-This Privacy Notice has been made known by the Responsible.
2.-That has read, understood and agreed the terms set out in this Privacy Notice, so you give your consent to the processing of your Personal Data as established by the LFPDP and applicable law as established by the LFPDP and applicable legislation. 
3.- That in the event that the Personal Data collected includes sensitive Personal Data or financial, whether provided in printed form, or using electronic means, are acts that constitute your express consent as its owner in terms of the second paragraph of Article 8 of the LFPDP and other applicable legislation. 
4.-That grants its consent for On Point International or its Managers to transfer Personal Data to national or foreign third parties, in the understanding that the treatment that such third parties give to their Personal Data must comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
5.- That if the Holder does not oppose the terms of the Privacy Notice shall be deemed agreed and consented to its content and that the consent of the Holder may be revoked at any time by him.


Notwithstanding any provision of this Privacy Notice, the Proprietor acknowledges that his consent will not be required for the processing of Personal Data by the Controller or third parties in any of the cases indicated in Article 10 of the LFPDP.

The collection of Personal Data may be carried out, by telephone communication with the Controller or with his Managers, employees or through direct delivery to the Controller or through the use of electronic mails and/or short text messages, or through the use of their Web sites, through the use of automatic data capture tools. These allow you to collect the information that your browser sends to such Web sites, such as the type of browser you use, the language of the user, and the IP address of Web sites that you used to access the sites of the Controller or Managers. 
The following are examples, but not limited to, of information that the Responsible may collect: name and surname; date of birth; home, work, or fiscal address; e-mail address, personal or work; name of identification in social networks; telephone number, home or work; cell phone number; bank account number; Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) code; Unique Population Registry Key (CURP).
In the documentation that can be collected by On Point International to verify the identity of the Holder of Personal Data is the voter's credential; the identity card of the released national military service; the professional card; passport; immigration form; the registration card in the RFC; the registration card with the CURP; proof of address; the special credit report issued by a Credit Information Society. In the case of applicants for employees, the following may also be requested, among others: the birth certificate; proof of studies; the account statement of the Retirement Funds Administrator (Afore); the tax withholding sheet, as well as the psychometric, medical and socio-economic studies carried out by On Point International. You may also be asked for the Personal Data of your family members, dependents or beneficiaries and the supporting documentation.

The Owner's Personal Data are collected and processed by the Controller or its Managers in order to allow the Owner to carry out the following activities with the Controller:

  • A) Participate in surveys;
  • B) Use the different services of their corresponding Websites including the downloading of contents and formats;
  • C) Share your comments or suggestions about products and services;

In addition, the Controller, directly or through his Managers, may use his Personal Data with the purpose of:

  • A) Conduct studies on the interests and behavior of its customers, consumers, suppliers, and those third parties with whom it deals;
  • B) Carry out market and consumer research in order to acquire and offer personalized products and services, as well as advertising and content more appropriate to the needs of its customers, consumers, suppliers and other third parties with whom it deals;

  • F) If applicable, verify the credit and/or payment capacity of the Holder, which may be done through credit information societies, in terms of the Law to regulate Credit Information Societies;
  • G) Check the commercial transactions carried out by the Card Holder with the Responsible;

In the case of applicants for On Point International employees, the following activities will be carried out:

  • A) Carry out the process of recruitment and selection of personnel;
  • B) Carry out the hiring process;

Within the automatic data capture tools used by On Point International on its websites and web pages there are cookies, Web beacons, and links in e-mails.
Links in On Point International e-mails.- E-mails that include links that allow On Point International to know if you activated said link and visited the destination website, and this information may be included in your profile. If you prefer that On Point International not collect information about your interaction with such links, you may choose to modify the format of On Point International communications (for example, that the message be received in text format rather than HTML format) or you may disregard the link and not access its content.


Having read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice, the Proprietor hereby consents to the Responsible or any Manager to make transfers of Personal Data to national or foreign third parties, in the understanding that the treatment that such third parties give to the Proprietor's Personal Data must comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

The Controller and/or his Managers will keep the Personal Data of the Owner for as long as necessary to process their requests for information, products and/or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial and auditing records in terms of the LFPDP and current mercantile, fiscal and administrative legislation. In addition to controlling the disclosure of such data or information of business partners.

The Personal Data of the Owner collected by the Responsible and/or its Managers will be protected by adequate administrative, technical and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDP and the administrative regulation derived from it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, On Point International does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties may not have access to the physical or logical systems of the Owners or the Responsible Party or to the electronic documents and files stored in their systems. Consequently, On Point International shall in no case be liable for any damages that may result from such unauthorized access.

For the purposes of section I of Article 16 of the LFPDP, the domicile of the Responsible Party is that established in this Section 7 of this Privacy Notice.

You have, at all times, the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing of them or revoke the consent you have provided us for this purpose by submitting a request with the following information and documentation:
1.Name of the Holder, address, telephone and e-mail address. 3. The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the Rights. In the case of requests to rectify Personal Data, the respective Holder must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting their request.
The Responsible Party or its Managers will respond to the respective Holder within a maximum period of twenty working days, counted from the date on which the request was received. The aforementioned terms may be extended only in terms of the LFPDP.
The delivery of Personal Data will be free, it will only cover justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. In the event that the Registrant reiterates its request in a period of less than twelve months, it shall cover the corresponding costs equivalent to 1.5 days of Minimum Current Salary in the Federal District in terms of the LFPDP, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that motivate new consultations. 
For the purposes of requests for cancellation of Personal Data, in addition to the provisions of this Privacy Notice, the provisions of Article 26 of the LFPDP shall apply, including the cases of exception of cancellation of Personal Data therein indicated.
The submission of a request to oppose the use of Personal Data by the Owner of them, will give the Responsible the power to oppose the use of Personal Data that as Owner has given to the opponent.


On Point International reserves the right to periodically update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our information practices. It is the Owner's responsibility to periodically review the content of the Privacy Notice on the site where the changes made will be posted in conjunction with the date of the last update. The Responsible shall understand that unless otherwise stated, means that the Owner has read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth therein, which constitutes your consent to changes and / or updates regarding the treatment of your Personal Data.
